Q: Do you offer international shipping options?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping and will not accept credit cards with addresses out of the US or ship to freight forwarders.

Q: How do I receive a code to use the 10% discount for active and former military, law enforcement, and first responders?

Please email eagle.cs@vistaoutdoor.com with the subject line “MIL/LE DISCOUNT CODE” along with proof of service or from a government email and we’ll be happy to supply you with your 10% discount code. Thanks for your service!

Q. Why can’t I find a specific Eagle Industries item on your website?

Eagle Industries has designed and manufactured thousands of different products over the years and our website includes those that are available commercially.  Subscribe to our email list and keep an eye on social media for announcements about new product availability.

Q. Does Eagle Industries take custom orders?

Eagle Industries has a long history of making items to meet customer needs and continues to do so when the order is large enough to justify the request.  In order to maintain production efficiency, we do not offer a one-off/individual custom order service. For custom inquiries, please contact us at eagle.cs@vistaoutdoor.com.

Q: My order says “Processing” and has for a while; what does that mean?
“Processing” means we have your order in our system and we’re in the fulfillment process.  Our fulfillment process includes quality evaluation and packing.

Q. Does Eagle ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the United States.

Q. How do I clean Eagle's gear?
Care and Handling

DO NOT machine wash or dry

DO NOT use any bleach or abrasive cleaning products

Remove any dirt using a soft brush or cloth

Fresh water rinse or hand wash using warm water

Hang to dry

Q. Will you make repairs to your products if needed? 
Yes. At Eagle we stand behind our products with a limited lifetime guarantee.  Please note that wait time for repairs could take over a month to complete and will be estimated at a case by case basis.  The products need to be submitted clean or there could be an extra cleaning charge added.

At this time due to the holidays, we are not taking any more repairs.  They will begin again January 2025.

GUARANTEE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

We believe so strongly in the quality and integrity of our people and our product, that we offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacture defects. We use only the finest fabric, buckles, zippers, and snaps available. Our combination of quality materials and quality workmanship produces a premium line of products that can stand up to the toughest treatment.

Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim.  Eagle will repair at its discretion any manufacturing defects in these products free of charge to the original consumer purchaser only.  DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL SALES OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM EAGLE INDUSTRIES OR AN AUTHORIZED EAGLE DEALER ARE FINAL; NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCPETED OTHER THAN FOR MANUFACTURE DEFECTS WHICH WILL BE REPAIRED AT EAGLE INDUSTRIES’ DISCRECTION.   The Warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product. This guarantee will not cover product or parts damaged or rendered defective due to any of the following; accident, misuse, abuse, modification, neglect, water damage, improper or unauthorized repair, improper assembly, failure to follow operating instructions, or damage due to normal wear and tear.  Products must be purchased directly from Eagle Industries or from an authorized Eagle dealer.

*MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

A manufacturing defect exists if the product fails from its intended design.  Defective materials (zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc) are covered by our guarantee and will be repaired at Eagle Industries’ discretion upon determining that the issue presented is a manufacture defect.

*WEAR AND TEAR

Wear and Tear is damage that naturally occurs as a result of normal use.  Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time.  While we choose the best materials available for their application, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.

*LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and Eagle Industries’ entire liability for any breach of this warranty.  Eagle Industries’ liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by the consumer for the defective product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. 

*DISPUTES

This Warranty, any purchase order between you and Eagle Industries and any dispute arising out of either will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. without resort to said State’s conflict of law rules.  The parties expressly waive application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to this Warranty.  Any action at law, suit in equity, or judicial proceeding of any kind arising directly, indirectly or otherwise in connection with, out of, related to or from this Warranty, any purchase order of the relationship between the parties shall be litigated only in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota and the parties waive any right they may have to challenge the jurisdiction of this court to seek to bring any action in any other forum, whether originally or by transfer, removal, or change of venue.  The Buyer consents to personal jurisdiction in Minnesota and consents to service of process by mailing in registered or certified form to Buyer’s address.

Q. What time frame am I looking at if I order a backordered item? 
Backordered item availability can vary widely from product to product. Many factors influence completion dates and availability of our products -If there is an item you need quickly, please contact us.

Q. Does the price per item vary depending on quantity ordered? 
Yes, bulk orders reduce the price per item. Call for pricing.

Q. Where can I find the measurements for your products?
Most items on our website include measurements on each product page. If you can't find the product you're looking for on our site, please contact us. 

Q. Do any of your products have national stock numbers? 
Yes, some of them do. For products included on our website, the national stock number will be listed along with the other information about that item. 

Q. Are your products sold with any contents? 
For the most part, no.  For instance, our medical bags are not stocked with any of the supplies which may be shown in the pictures.  Some items, like backpacks, may include a hydration reservoir.  Please refer to each product page for what is included with each purchase.

Q. What colors are available for your products? 
Available colors are listed on individual product pages.  Keep an eye out for new offerings and limited runs.

Q. Do you sell children's sizes? 
No, our products are only available in adult sizes. 

Q. Do you sell any weapons? 

No, Eagle does not sell weapons.

Q. Do you carry any police supplies? 
No, Eagle does not sell police supplies.
